What time is check in and check out at Latitude 30?

Check in is self service with a Schlage smart lock. Your door code is delivered through Happy Guest once the rental agreement, ID verification, and the refundable $500 security hold are complete. The code goes live at 5:00 PM on check in day. Luggage drop off before then is allowed.

Early check in and late check out are available on request, based on availability, for $50 per hour. Anything more than 4 hours early or late means booking the extra night. Please ask within 1 week of your arrival or departure date.

Before you leave: leave the beds as they are, tie the trash bags and take them to the bins with the lids strapped down, load and start the dishwasher, set the thermostat to 78, put the pool and hot tub covers on, log out of your streaming accounts on the TVs, and lock every door and window. The door locks itself with the smart keypad, so there is no key to return.

Trash pickup is Monday, so if you are here on a Sunday night, roll the bins out to the road with the straps secure. Raccoons are relentless.
