How much does Latitude 30 cost per night?
Latitude 30 uses dynamic pricing, so the nightly rate changes with the season, the day of the week, and how far ahead you book, and the live rate for your exact dates is on the booking calendar.
There is no single published rate because the calendar reprices as dates fill. Open the booking page, pick your dates, and the total shows before you enter anything. Booking direct with us skips the service fee Airbnb and Vrbo add, which is typically 14 to 16 percent of the total, and past guests get a $200 returning guest discount.
What else is on the bill: a pet fee of $200 per dog if you bring one, and a refundable $500 security hold placed through Happy Guest before arrival and released after checkout. Early check in or late check out is $50 per hour when available. Anything that changes with the season, like minimum stays, shows on the booking page for your exact dates.
What is never on the bill: pool heat. The pool runs heated all year and the heat is included in the rate, not sold as an add on.
The rate covers the whole home for up to 11 guests: 4 king bedrooms with 4 ensuite baths, the upstairs bonus area, the private heated pool and hot tub, the covered game area under the house, the beach chairs and wagon, Starlink internet, and the washer and dryer.
Peak season, June through August, and holiday weekends typically fill 4 to 6 months out, so book early for summer. Stays of up to 28 days are allowed in winter, when the heated pool and the quiet cape suit snowbirds and remote workers.
