The minimum age to book Latitude 30 is 30, and the guest who books must meet it and verify it with a government issued photo ID before check in.
The age requirement is a condition of the rental agreement. Before arrival, the booking guest completes 3 short steps on their phone through Happy Guest: the rental agreement, ID verification, and a refundable $500 security hold, similar to a hotel check in. No app is needed. Your door code is sent once those are done and goes live at 5:00 PM on check in day. Refunds are not possible if the pre arrival steps are skipped.
Any misrepresentation of age can mean cancellation without refund, so please book under the name of the adult who will be there.
The booking guest is responsible for the group. 11 guests maximum, and every overnight guest must be registered. Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM. Smoking is prohibited everywhere on the property, indoors and out.
Families with kids are welcome. Kids under 14 need an adult present at the pool, kids under 12 skip the hot tub, and kids under 16 need an adult beside them in it. The windows have opening limiters. The home requires stairs.
