Yes, Latitude 30 has free parking on a large private driveway with room for 3 to 4 vehicles plus a boat and trailer.
The driveway is big enough for the whole group's cars and a boat or two on trailers, so bring the kayaks, the fishing boat, and the beach gear.
Street parking is not available, so please keep every vehicle in the driveway.
Boaters: T.H. Stone Memorial Park, 3.6 miles away, has a boat launch, and St. Joseph Bay is right there for kayaking, fishing, and the grass flats. A marina and boat slips are nearby, and a fish cleaning table waits under the house for the catch, next to the propane grill.
Security: a Ring doorbell and a driveway camera, both exterior only. There are no interior cameras.
A car is required. Cape San Blas is a remote barrier peninsula and rideshare is very limited. Stock up on groceries in Port St. Joe, about 15 to 20 minutes away, before heading down Cape San Blas Road. Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport is the closest, about 1 hour 30 minutes.
Trash is collected on Monday. Strap the bin lids down against raccoons and roll the bins out Sunday night.
