Does Latitude 30 have a heated pool and a hot tub?
Yes, Latitude 30 has a private saltwater pool heated by gas to as warm as 90 degrees all year, with the heat included in the nightly rate, plus a hot tub in the shade under the house.
The pool was built new with the house in 2023. Heat is never a separate charge or an add on at Latitude 30. The pool area is fenced and private, and neighbors cannot see in.
The hot tub is tucked under the home in the covered recreation area, out of the sun, and it is ready for your whole stay.
A few rules keep both in good shape: no glass anywhere near the pool or hot tub, rinse off before getting in the hot tub, put the hot tub cover back on when it is not in use, and no pets on the pool deck. Kids under 14 need an adult present at the pool. Kids under 12 skip the hot tub, and kids under 16 need an adult right there.
Around the pool: a hot and cold outdoor shower, sun loungers, a covered patio with an outdoor TV and full outdoor dining, ping pong, cornhole, bocce ball, giant Connect 4, a propane grill, a fish cleaning table, and a Bluetooth stereo for the outdoor space.
Because the pool is heated all year, Latitude 30 swims in December as well as July, which is why snowbirds and holiday gatherings book the cooler months. Stays of up to 28 days are allowed in winter.
