What time is check in and check out at Whispering Waves?

Check in is self service with a smart lock on the front door. Your door code is sent through Happy Guest after you complete the rental agreement, ID verification, and the refundable $500 security hold, typically a few days before arrival. The code activates at 4:00 PM on check in day and will not work before then. No physical key is involved.

Early check in and late check out are available on request, based on availability, for $50 per hour, up to 4 hours. Anything more than 4 hours early or late means booking the extra night. Please ask within 1 week of your arrival or departure date.

Before you leave: leave the beds as they are, put trash and recycling in the bins near the driveway, start the dishwasher, start a load of towels in the washer, set the thermostat to 60 in winter or 78 in summer, put indoor and outdoor furniture back where it was, return toys and games to the toy shelf, put the hot tub cover on, log out of your streaming accounts on the TVs, turn off the lights, and lock all doors and windows.

If the temperature is below freezing, leave a faucet dripping slightly to protect the pipes.
