Does Whispering Waves have a heated pool and a hot tub?

The pool is heated, and the heating is included in your rate. It opens Memorial Day weekend and runs through Labor Day weekend, weather permitting, and it is winterized after October 1 to protect the equipment, so it is closed for winter. No glass near the pool, and children must be supervised at all times.

The hot tub runs all year and leads the fall and winter trips. It is drained, cleaned, and refilled before every stay. A few rules keep it that way: swimwear only, no alcohol, food, or glass near the tub, children under 12 should skip it, children under 16 need an adult right there, and no pets in the water. Put the cover back on after every use, especially in cold weather, so the pipes do not freeze.

The rest of the fenced backyard: a propane fire pit that runs about 7 hours on a full tank, a propane grill with propane provided, an outdoor dining table and patio seating, the playscape with a slide and swings, and the sandbox. Turn the fire pit off when you are not using it and keep it covered.

Out front, the porch swing is where the morning coffee happens.

Beach towels are not provided, so pack your own for the pool and the lake.
