What is the minimum age to book Whispering Waves?
The minimum age to book Whispering Waves is 25, and the guest who books must meet it and verify it with a government issued photo ID before check in.
The age requirement is a condition of the rental agreement. Every guest completes 3 short steps on their phone before arrival through Happy Guest: the rental agreement, ID verification, and a refundable $500 security hold, similar to a hotel check in. No app is needed. The door code is sent once those are done, and it goes live at 4:00 PM on check in day. Refunds are not possible if the pre arrival steps are skipped.
Any misrepresentation of age can mean cancellation without refund, so please book under the name of the adult who will actually be there.
The booking guest is responsible for the group. All overnight guests must be on the reservation at the time of booking, and the total group, overnight guests plus day visitors, may not exceed 16 at any time. Parties and events are not permitted, quiet hours run 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, no amplified music outdoors after 10:00 PM, and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Tampering with a smoke detector carries a $1,000 fine.
Families with young kids are welcome. Children must be supervised in the pool and the play area at all times, children under 12 should skip the hot tub, and children under 16 need an adult beside them in it. A crib, a Pack n Play, a high chair, and baby safety gates are available.
