How much does Whispering Waves cost per night?
Whispering Waves uses dynamic pricing, so the nightly rate changes with the season, the day of the week, and how far ahead you book, and the live rate for your exact dates is on the booking calendar.
There is no single published rate because the calendar reprices as dates fill. Open the booking page, pick your dates, and the total shows before you enter anything. Booking direct with us skips the service fee Airbnb and Vrbo add, which is typically 14 to 16 percent of the total, and past guests get a $200 returning guest discount.
Minimum stays: 2 nights in regular season, 3 nights on weekends and in high demand periods such as summer, and 4 nights over Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, and July 4th. A 1 night stay may be approved within 3 days of arrival if the calendar allows.
Stay longer and the rate drops. Stays of 7 nights or more get 5 percent off, and monthly stays get 10 percent off.
What else is on the bill: a pet fee of $200 per pet, up to 2 pets, if you bring one, and a refundable $500 security hold that is released after checkout. Early check in or late check out is $50 per hour when available. Pool heating is included in the rate, never an extra charge.
The rate covers the whole house for 16 guests: 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, the heated seasonal pool, the hot tub, the fenced backyard with the playscape, sandbox, and fire pit, and both living rooms full of games. Summer dates fill first, so book those early.
