How much does Brooklyn Bliss cost per night?
Brooklyn Bliss uses dynamic pricing, so the nightly rate changes with the season, the day of the week, and how far ahead you book, and the live rate for your exact dates is on the booking calendar.
There is no single published rate because the calendar reprices as dates fill. Open the booking page, pick your dates, and the total shows before you enter anything. Booking direct with us skips the service fee Airbnb adds, and past guests get a $200 returning guest discount.
Minimum stays: 2 nights in regular season, 3 nights in summer and on high demand weekends, and 4 nights over Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, and July 4th. A 1 night stay may be approved within 3 days of arrival if the calendar allows.
Stay longer and the rate drops automatically: 10 percent off for 7 nights or more and 20 percent off for 30 nights or more.
What else is on the bill: a pet fee of $200 per pet applies if you bring one. A refundable $500 security hold is placed through Happy Guest before arrival and released after checkout. Early check in or late check out is $50 per hour when available. There is no extra guest fee.
The rate covers the entire apartment for up to 4 guests: 2 queen bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, the full kitchen, the living room with the LED fireplace, free laundry in the building, FIOS WiFi, and the shared backyard with the fire pit and grill. Summer weekends, holiday blocks, and New York City event weekends fill up quickly, so lock those in early.
