What do I need to complete before check in at Blissful Backyard Retreat?
Before check in at Blissful Backyard Retreat, the booking guest completes 3 short steps on their phone through Happy Guest: the rental agreement, ID verification with a government issued photo ID, and a refundable $500 security hold, and the door code is sent once those are done.
It works like a hotel check in, and no app download is needed. The hold is released after checkout. The door code goes live at 4:00 PM on check in day and will not work before then. Refunds are not possible if the pre arrival steps are skipped.
The minimum age to book is 25, and the guest who books must meet it and verify it with their photo ID. The name on the ID must match the reservation. Any misrepresentation of age can mean cancellation without refund, so please book under the name of the adult who will actually be there.
The booking guest is responsible for the group. All overnight guests must be registered before arrival, and day visitors need prior approval. Parties and events are not permitted, quiet hours run 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, no amplified outdoor music after 10:00 PM, and smoking indoors is prohibited. Tampering with a smoke detector carries a $1,000 fine.
Families with younger kids are welcome. Children under 14 must be supervised in the pool at all times, toddlers wear swim diapers, and a Pack n Play and a high chair are available.
