Adults get the 2 king bedrooms and the 2 queen bedrooms. Kids get the bunk room with its full over full bunk. Grandparents get a home with no stairs from the driveway to the front door and no interior stairs between the kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms.
The backyard does the heavy lifting. It is a peaceful, garden inspired oasis built around the heated pool, with a covered arched patio, an outdoor dining table, an adobe fireplace, a fountain, lush landscaping, mature shade trees, a lawn, and a propane grill with the propane included. Past guests have used the home for wedding weekends with 3 families under one roof.
Inside, the game room has a full size pool table, a dartboard, lounge seating, futons, and a smart TV. The living room has a second smart TV. Both stream with your own accounts, and there is no cable. WiFi covers the whole home. Central air and heat run throughout, under vaulted ceilings.
Everyone eats together. The full kitchen has a fridge with an ice maker, a stove and oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a drip coffee maker, a kettle, an island, and a large dining table. Board games, children's books and toys, a high chair, and a Pack n Play on request are all here.
House rules that matter for a group: no parties or events, quiet hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, up to 2 pets with prior approval, and the washer and dryer take small loads only.
