There is no single published rate because the calendar reprices as dates fill. Open the booking page, pick your dates, and the total shows before you enter anything. Booking direct with us means no third party service fees, and past guests get a $200 returning guest discount.
Minimum stays: 2 nights in regular season, 3 nights on weekends and in high demand periods, and 4 nights over Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, and July 4th. A 1 night stay may be approved within 3 days of arrival if the calendar allows. Long stay discounts are applied automatically on the booking calendar, so for a longer stay, message us before you book and we will confirm the rate.
What else is on the bill: a pet fee of $200 per pet if you bring one, and a refundable $500 security hold that is released after checkout. Early check in or late check out is $50 per hour when available. Pool heating is included in the total and is never an extra charge.
The rate covers the whole home for up to 16 guests: 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2,500 square feet, the private heated pool, the covered arched patio, the game room, and the garage. Mesa books all year, and spring and fall weekends fill early, so if your dates are open, book them.
