The minimum age to book Alpine Sky Cabin is 25, and the guest who books must meet it and verify it with a government issued photo ID before check in.
The age requirement is a condition of the rental agreement. Every guest completes 3 short steps on their phone before arrival: the rental agreement, ID verification, and a refundable security hold. The door code is sent once those are done, and it goes live at 4:00 PM on check in day.
Any misrepresentation of age can mean cancellation without refund, so please book under the name of the adult who will actually be there.
The booking guest is responsible for the group. All overnight guests must be registered before arrival. 24 is the maximum on the property at any time, day visitors included. Parties and events are not permitted, and quiet hours run 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Families with younger kids are welcome. Children under 14 must be supervised in the indoor pool at all times, and the hot tub is not recommended for children under 12. A high chair and a Pack n Play are available.
