How much does Alpine Sky Cabin cost per night?
Alpine Sky Cabin uses dynamic pricing, so the nightly rate changes with the season, the day of the week, and how far ahead you book, and the live rate for your exact dates is on the booking calendar.
There is no single published rate because the calendar reprices as dates fill. Open the booking page, pick your dates, and the total shows before you enter anything. Booking direct with us skips the service fee Airbnb and Vrbo add, which is typically 14 to 16 percent of the total.
Minimum stays: 2 nights in regular season, 3 nights on weekends, in summer, and in ski season, and 4 nights over Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, and July 4th. A 1 night stay may be approved within 3 days of arrival if the calendar allows.
Stay longer and the rate drops. Stays of 7 nights or more get 5 percent off, and stays of 30 days or more get 10 percent off.
What else is on the bill: a cleaning fee charged at booking, a pet fee of $200 per stay for 1 pet if you bring one, and a refundable security hold that is released after checkout. Early check in or late check out is $50 per hour when available.
The rate covers the whole cabin for up to 24 guests: 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms (4 full and a half bath), the private heated indoor pool, the theater room, the game loft, and the covered hot tub.
