The minimum age to book Sweet Escape Cabin is 25, and the guest who books must meet it and verify it with a government issued photo ID before check in.
The age requirement is a condition of the rental agreement. Every guest completes 3 short steps on their phone before arrival: the rental agreement, ID verification, and a refundable security hold. The door code is sent once those are done, and it goes live at 4:00 PM on check in day.
Any misrepresentation of age can mean cancellation without refund, so please book under the name of the adult who will actually be there.
The booking guest is responsible for the group. All overnight guests must be registered before arrival. 34 is the maximum on the property and it is strictly enforced. Day visitors need prior approval. Parties and events are not permitted, and quiet hours run 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Families with younger kids are welcome. There is a kids loft with bunk beds and a playroom, and a Pack n Play is in the main floor king suite. Children under 12 should not use the hot tub, and children under 16 must be supervised in it.
