Is Keystone Lodge good for a family reunion or ski group near Sunday River?

Grandparents and anyone skipping stairs get the main floor: the king suite with its own bathroom, 2 queen bedrooms, the kitchen, and the great room with vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace. There are no stairs from the front door into the home.

Kids and teens get the basement: the bunk rooms, the game room with arcade classics, foosball, air hockey, and a 9 foot shuffleboard table, and a TV lounge with a 65 inch smart TV, an LED fireplace, and a new couch. Downstairs runs late while the main floor stays quiet.

Everyone eats together. The kitchen has a full size fridge, an electric range, a dishwasher, a Keurig, an Instant Pot, and dinnerware for 25, with 2 dining tables and a breakfast island. A propane grill is on the deck.

For a ski group, the hot tub on the upper deck faces the mountain and is set to temperature before you arrive. It is open all year. In summer the seasonal outdoor pool, a private pool that is rare around Sunday River, is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, weather permitting.

House rules that matter for a group: no parties or events, quiet hours 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and no fireworks anywhere on the property. Weekends, summer, and ski season have a 3 night minimum, and Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, and July 4th have a 4 night minimum.
