Yes, Keystone Lodge has a hot tub on the upper deck facing the mountain, open all year, and a downstairs game room with arcade classics, a 9 foot shuffleboard table, foosball, and air hockey.
The hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled before every stay and set to temperature before you arrive. A few rules keep it that way: no glass or food near the tub, keep the cover on when it is not in use, children under 12 should skip it, and children under 16 need an adult right there. No pets in the hot tub.
The game room is on the lower level. The shuffleboard table is a 9 foot Hathaway Excalibur with a poly coated playfield, dual abacus scorers, and 8 weighted pucks. Next to it are foosball, air hockey, and full size arcade classics. Board games and books are in the armoire closet downstairs.
Beside the game room is a TV lounge with a 65 inch smart TV, an LED fireplace, and a new couch. A second 65 inch smart TV is in the great room upstairs, next to the gas fireplace. Both run Roku, so log in with your own streaming accounts and log out at checkout. There is no cable.
Outside, the seasonal outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, weather permitting. It is not heated. There is no lifeguard, children under 14 must be supervised, and no glass or pets on the pool deck.
Adirondack chairs in the backyard face the mountain for stargazing on clear nights.
